SPRequest objects are unreleased

Hi All,
In our client's production environment we are facing a strange issue where all of a sudden the MOSS Portal goes down. Even in INETMGR of the Application server we cant browse it. But the IISRESET does the magic of bringing the site up. When we anaalysed the Sharepoint log files we found mulitple entries of the following statement, " Potentailly excessive number of SPRequest objects (415) currently unreleased on thread 8. Ensure that this object or its parent (such as an SPWeb or SPSite) is being properly disposed......"
We are also aware that best practices for disposing the objects mentioned here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/aa973248.aspx have to be followed. Untill Developers fix the code we need some work around. Any help will be very much appreciated.
